Good news: International School swimming team achieved 2nd place

The 2011 Student Swimming Competition of the Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics was held at 1 o'clock on 25th September. In order to show the School’s best qualities and to enhance team spirit, the School’s finest swimming team members were selected to participate in all the races, including breaststroke, freestyle and mixed relay races. Following the School’s preparations and the athletes’ competitiveness, we got great results in every event and were ranked second place in overall points.

Details of the winners are as follows:

Male 50-metre breaststroke: second place - Zheng Hongji; fifth place - Li Hongming

Male 50-metre freestyle: first place - Hu Gongxue

Male 100-metre breaststroke: fourth place - Wang Wei

Female 50-metre breaststroke: fourth place - Ye Jialu; sixth place - Yu Qiling

Female 50-metre freestyle: second place - Guo Sicheng

Female 100-metre breaststroke: third place - Guo Sicheng; sixth place - Zha Yunrong
